This covers all reasonable legal costs and expenses landlords may incur in pursuing their legal rights if tenants breach the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement:
• Up to £10,000 cover
• Specialist solicitors appointed by insurer to pursue speedy resolution
• Includes cover for pursuing costs of replacing missing or damaged items listed in a dilapidation inventory

Rent Protection
This cover compensates landlords for rent owed by defaulting tenants. This insurance offers for each claim:
