For residential property owners we can offer rent guarantee and legal expenses cover from as little as £120 per tenancy agreement.
Rent guarantee will pay the rent arrears whilst the tenant still occupies the property and is defaulting on the rent due. Legal expenses will pay the legal costs and expense relating to repossession, property damage, eviction and legal defence.
