Q1. - Which Insurance Companies do you use?

We place insurance with several leading insurers all approved under UK legislation. These include household names such as Norwich Union, Royal Sun Alliance and Axa as well as other companies who specialise in Insurance for the Motor Trade industry.

Q2. - Can I get immediate cover over the phone?

YES - in some cases this may be subject to you paying at least a deposit premium on a credit or debit card

Q3. - Can I pay by instalments?

Yes - We offer several different options by which you can settle your premiums to us

Q4. - Can you come to see me to sort out any problems I may have?

Yes - Our Head Office is based in Cheshire but we have regional offices around the country staffed by experienced Motor Trade managers.

Q5. What happens if I have a claim?

Our dedicated claims team will guide you through the process, informing and negotiating with your insurers to ensure a speedy and fair settlement for you.

Q6. What if a claim is not my fault, will I still lose my "No Claims Discount"?

Largely this depends on the circumstances. Claims are often classed as either ‘fault' where you will lose your discount or ‘non fault' where you won't.

A non-fault claim is one where your insurer is able to recover all of their costs from someone else. A fault claim is one where they are not able to recover all costs. This may be because you are partially or totally responsible for a collision or if the other person is not traceable. An example being a hit and run accident when your vehicle is parked. Fire and theft claims are also counted as 'fault' for the purposes of no claims discount.

Q7. Who is entitled to drive vehicles on my Motor Trade policy?

This question is easy; it's up to you. Some policies cover only "named drivers", others will cover virtually anybody who you give permission to including your employees, relatives and friends. Remember though the greater the degree of flexibility you require over drivers then the more your premium is likely increase.

Q8. - What sort of Vehicles can be covered?

Almost any kind of mechanically propelled vehicle can be covered but the more unusual or expensive vehicles require specialist covers which may be more expensive.
Restrictive covers may also apply in these instances.
