Contact Centre Agent - Business Support

Office Location: Adlington

The Business Support team are looking for a Contact Centre Agents to join their hardworking team in the Direct Sales division, part time and full time. The overall purpose of the role is to provide clients with appropriate solutions to their insurance requirements.

Core Activities

  • Provide exceptional service to clients over the telephone, focusing on resolving queries in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
  • Providing administration support where possible for the team and department
  • Processing mid-term adjustments-Ensure all client documentation is issued correctly and internal records are kept up to date

Essential skills for the role are; good communication skills, excellent customer service skills, Microsoft Office knowledge and ability to listen actively to the client to determine their needs.

Desirable skills for the role are; experience in a call centre environment and insurance experience.
