We are not only authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, we are also members of the British Insurance Brokers Association (BIBA), the leading general insurance intermediary organisation in the UK, representing the interests of insurance brokers, intermediaries and their customers, and we adhere to strict codes of conduct across the board.
In addition, our insurance staff are part of a CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) training programme, the leading professional body for financial standards, ensuring that our staff are fully compliant, up-to-speed with the latest industry regulations and practices, allowing them to put customers at the heart of what we do.
To this end, Bollington has maintained Investors in People status for over a decade, and has recently also acquired ‘Gold’ Investor in Customers status, providing official certification of the high standards Bollington sets out for its customer-facing staff and ensuring that the service we offer to you is second-to-none.
Our customers are all treated as individuals – we don’t do insurance by numbers.
