We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and talented people in the following roles:.

Telemarketer

A Telemarketing vacancy is now available at our Adlington Court office. Working in a busy Marketing department, the role is lead generation focused supporting field based Account Managers and internal Commercial and Corporate teams with appointments and live transfers.

In this role, the duties include:
• Prospecting companies over the phone to identify opportunities and set quality appointments or internal transfers where appropriate.
• Maintain databases of prospects in an agreed format.
• Liaise with our nationwide Account Managed team and internal departments on a daily/weekly basis as required.
• Achieve targets and conversion rates as set by the Telemarketing Manager.
• Issue supporting literature including brochures and presentations to prospects.
• Creation of reports at end of each calendar month.

Ideal person would:
• Have an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office
• Have the ability to build relationships quickly over the phone
• Gain credibility and trust quickly to ascertain correct information
• Project a professional company image
• Self motivated

Care Insurance Broker

Bollington Insurance are a specialist broker in the care and charity sector dealing with a wide range of clients from foster carers to some of the largest care providers in the country. The department is successful, achieving financial targets consistently.

Duties for the for the role include:

• Monitor, negotiate and process renewal terms with client and insurer.
• Action mid-term adjustments as required.
• Liaise with clients and insurers regarding day-to day handling of policies.
• Keep documentation up to date, including registers and working procedures.
• Handle and complete new business enquiries where required.
• Provide a backup service to the Account Managers

The successful candidate will need to be able to build a strong rapport with our client base. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to solve problems with independent thinking.

Account Handler – Motortrade Combined

A new vacancy has become available as an Account Handler in the Motortrade Combined Department. The role will provide back office support to the Motor Trade Account Managers.

Duties for the role include:
• Monitor, negotiate and process renewal terms with client and insurer.
• Action mid-term adjustments as required.
• Liaise with clients and insurers regarding day-to-day handling of policies.
• Keep documentation up to date, including registers and working procedures.
• Handle and complete new business enquiries wher required.
• Represent the Company in direct meetings with Clients and insurers.
• Provide a backup service to the Account Managers.
• Provide client visits when required.
• Process al enquiries via post, fax, email and telephone.

Motor Trade experience is preferable. Experience in a sales/broking or underwriting role would be beneficial.

Fleet Administrator

The Fleet team are looking for a new Fleet Administrator to join their growing team. The successful applicant will help support the Fleet team with all administrative duties whilst also providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Duties will include:
• Support the activities of the Fleet team.
• Complete policy risk screens within strict timescales.
• Issue continuation cover notes.
• Issue documentation to clients.
• Update the MID real time.
• Ensure outstanding paperwork is requested and obtained from clients and/or insurers.
• Effectively manage your diary to ensure our clients file is up to date and complete.
• Process New Business, Renewal and Mid Term Adjustment paperwork.
• Resolve Account Queries.

No previous insurance experience is required as full training will be provided for the successful candidate. However, Administration and Computer skills are essential.

Broker Support Handler

Bollington Underwriting Limited are looking for a Broker Support Handler role to work in the busy Wholesale Department at our Adlington Court office. Within this role the successful candidate will be dealing with Brokers over the phone and will need to build a rapport with each Broker. The candidate will be mainly responsible for renewals but will also deal with new business and customer queries.

Duties for the role include:
• Monitoring, negotiating and processing terms with our sub-brokers and insurers
• Action mid term adjustments by phone, fax, e-mail or post as required
• Contribute to the overall team sales targets and/or objectives through the renewal retention of existing clients
• Liaise with sub brokers and insurers regarding day to day handling of policies
• Provide the level of service required by both the insurer and the company adhering to agree Service Level Agreements
• Keep up to date with developments in product and market changes in accordance with current market trends and scheme facilities
• Support sub brokers in their use and understanding of the Compuquote Quotation//policy systems
• Ensure all supporting documentation on policies is gathered within the prescribed timescales and is consistent with the information originally provided, liaising with underwriters accordingly

The candidate should have excellent people and communication skills and be able to solve problems with independent thinking and also enjoys a challenge.
