Outbound Insurance Advisor

Quoteline are seeking a highly Outbound Insurance Advisor to work within their Direct Sales Team. This role will require you to work as part of the sales team to deliver a timely, efficient and compliant service that meets and exceeds the expectations of our valued customers.

Outbound Insurance Advisor main duties:

• Responding to customer needs and requirements in an appropriate manner and to a high standard.
• Making outbound calls to potential customers in order to identify opportunities to help them with their insurance requirements.
• Working with other members of the sales team to define improvements in process of which will facilitate improvements on service.
• Working as part of a team to achieve monthly financial targets through encouraging new business and upselling relevant products.
• Achieving individual financial targets and agreed KPI’s.
• Ensuring that all client documentation is issued correctly within the designated timeframe and internal records kept up-to-date.

The successful candidate for the Outbound Insurance Advisor role will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Selling products to customers in a customer focused environment.
• Ability to manage your own time and workloads effectively.
• Great customer service skills and strong objection handling.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and maintain a positive attitude despite set backs.
• Ability to work well with others and demonstrate initiative.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong Knowledge and practice of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to be able to build rapport with customers and deliver sales through service.
• A hardworking and motivated nature.
