• The opening date for the draw is 23.04.2020 and the closing date is 14.05.2020 at 12:00pm. Any entries received after this date will not be considered.

• To enter into the draw, entrants must email landlords@bollington.com

• Entrants will only get entered into the competition once even if multiple emails have been sent to the mailbox.

• The prize is a £25 Amazon eGift voucher which will be sent to the winner via email. We will send this to the winner’s email address that we have on our database. This will be the email address that was used to send the promotional email to. We will not be able to resend the Amazon eGift voucher to an alternative email address.

• No alternative prize or cash will be given at the request of the winner and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

• We will email the Amazon eGift voucher within 30 days of the closing date of the draw (stated above).

• The winner will be randomly selected and the draw for the winner will take place within one week of the closing date. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid entries.

• The winner will be contacted as soon as possible after the draw date. We will make reasonable contact using the contact details that we have on our database already e.g. email address and phone number (if available).

• We do not accept responsibility in the event that the renewal date submission is not properly received.

• Information and data which is provided by the entrant when they provide their renewal month will be held by us and may be used by Bollington Insurance to fulfil the prize draw. The entrant agrees that this includes contacting them.

• By providing their renewal month, the entrant agrees to receiving product related emails and phone calls for the insurance product that they provided for their renewal month.

• One winner will be selected from entrants that have provided their Landlord insurance renewal month. There will be one prize for the winner.

• The entrant acknowledges that if they are the winner, Bollington Insurance may announce this on their social media channels, and this may include announcing their name.
