Administration Assistant

Office Location: Clipper House

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our company within the Personal Lines Division.

Core Activities:

  • Process online payments and cancellations
  • Issuing reminder letters to clients to chase outstanding documents/information
  • Dealing with emails from clients and companies
  • Verbally confirming a clients no claims bonus information with the client’s previous insurers
  • Dealing with company and client post
  • Issuing notices of cancellations when required
  • Servicing policies and making minor corrections to client records in line with documents/information received
  • Literature production

Essential skills for the role are: a positive attitude, ability to work as part of a team to achieve monthly targets, ability to work on own initiative, knowledge of office administration procedures and administration skills and a basic knowledge of insurance.
