Care Insurance Broker
Office Location: Adlington
To work within the Care & Charity team providing insurance advice to customers. This involves working closely with customers, Account Managers and insurers.
- To advise clients on the most appropriate solutions for their Commercial insurance
- To negotiate with insurers in order to achieve a satisfactory outcome on behalf of the client
- To work with Account Managers in the handling of client portfolios
- Handle and complete new business enquiries
- Liaise with clients and insurers regarding the day-to-day handling of policies
- Keep documentation up to date, including registers and working procedures
- Represent the company in direct meetings with clients and insurers
- Providing a backup service to the Account Managers
Essential skills for the role are Commercial insurance knowledge, new business appetite, good communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, ability to listen actively to the client to determine their needs and customer skills.
