Group HR Manager

  • To Deliver a ‘best in class’ HR service that will build a companywide ‘Centre of Excellence’ in the achievement of the company’s Vision, Values and Behaviours.
  • Work with the HR Director to deliver the Group’s People Strategy via an HR team in the achievement of ‘Employer of Choice’ status and recognised industry and professional standards.
  • Hands-on approach will be required to manage the overall HR operations in the delivery of strategic objectives
  • To deliver a comprehensive HR Service, ensuring managers and employees are equipped with best practice to foster a high-performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and on-going development of a talented workforce.
  • Ensure that the individual and collective relationship between the organisation and its employees is managed appropriately; within a clear framework underpinned by organisation culture, practices, policies and ultimately by relevant law.
