Project Manager

Office Location: Clipper House

To define, manage and deliver internal IT and business change projects

Core Activities:

  • Management of internal IT and business change projects
  • Set and gain agreement of project objectives ensuring deliverables, success criteria, risk and assumptions are clearly defined.
  • Creation and management of project documentation including, PID, project plan, RAID log and status reports
  • Manage project deliverables to time, budget and quality
  • Manage project risks and issues
  • 3rd party vendor management
  • Provide leadership and management of project team
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders at all levels

Knowledge:

  • Insurance broking software (highly desirable)
  • Telephony/Dialler (desirable)
  • Websites/digital (desirable)
  • Project management methodologies
  • Microsoft Office package

Experience:

  • Experience managing IT projects in an insurance / broking environment (highly advantageous).
  • Cradle to grave project management
