Office Location: Clipper House

Working alongside the Corporate department, the role is lead generation focused supporting field-based Account Managers and internal Commercial and Corporate teams with appointments and live transfers.

Core Activities

  • Prospecting companies over the phone to identify opportunities and set quality appointments or internal transfers where appropriate
  • Maintain databases of prospects in an agreed format
  • Liaise with our nationwide Account Managed team and internal departments on a daily/weekly basis as required
  • Achieve targets and conversion rates as set by the Telemarketing Manager
  • Issue supporting literature including brochures and presentations to prospects
  • Creation of reports at end of each calendar month

Essential skills for the role are an ability to manage own time and workloads, good communication skills, able to build relationships quickly, hardworking & motivated and IT literate.

Desirable skills for the role are telephony experience and quick at building relationships over the phone.
