Telemarketer

Office Location: Adlington

Working within the Small Commercial Team in our Adlington Court office, the role is focused on lead generation supporting the new business team with leads and live transfers.

Core Activities:

  • Prospecting companies over the phone to identify opportunities and provide quality live transfers
  • Maintain databases of prospects in an agreed format.
  • Liaise with the team and internal departments on a daily/weekly basis as required.
  • Achieve targets and conversion rates as set by the SME Manager.
  • Issue supporting literature including brochures and presentations to prospects.
  • Creation of reports at end of each calendar month.

Essential skills for the role are ability to manage own time and workloads, good communication skills, hardworking, motivated and IT literate.

Desirable skills for the role are telephony experience and quick at building relationships over the phone.
