The recommend-a-friend promotion is a £25 Amazon eGift voucher to be given to a referrer (existing customer) and the referee’s (the friend), upon a successful purchase of a 12 month insurance policy which resulted from a successful referral. For a definition of ‘successful’, please read sections 2 and 3.
This offer is available to customers who purchase a 12 month motor trade insurance policy from Bollington Insurance.
1. The Reward
Customers eligible for a reward following a successful referral will be alerted via email, along with instructions on how to claim their reward. A £25 Amazon eGift voucher will be awarded for each successful referral. There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by an individual referrer.
2. Qualification for the Reward (Referees)
The referee (friend) reward offer is available to customers who purchase a 12 month motor trade insurance policy from Bollington Insurance.
The referee must not have had an active insurance policy with Bollington Insurance in the 12 month period prior to purchasing their policy to be eligible for the reward. The referee must quote the name and postcode of the referrer whilst completing a quotation over the telephone.
The referee’s insurance policy must still be active 21 days after the policy start date with the initial instalment or full policy premium successfully paid to be eligible for the reward.
3. Qualification for the Reward (Referrers)
A ‘successful referral’ is a referral that results in the sale of a 12 month motor trade insurance policy to a referee.
There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by an individual referrer. For example, if you refer 5 friends and they all purchase an annual motor trade policy, then you could receive £125 worth of Amazon eGift vouchers.
The referrer’s insurance policy must still be active 21 days after the policy start date with the initial instalment or full policy premium successfully paid to be eligible for the reward.
4. General terms and conditions
Referral attempts that do not provide the name and postcode of the referrer on the telephone prior to purchasing insurance will not qualify for the reward.
The referrer and the referee (friend) can’t be the same person. Where we identify they are the same person, for example by email address, phone number, or policyholder name, the offer will be void.
Your Amazon eGift voucher will be sent to the email address provided to us when you purchased your policy.
This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
Overall acceptance and/or cost of insurance is the underwriters’ decision and their decision is final.
This promotion is not a guarantee of an offer of insurance.
Once your Amazon eGift voucher has been sent to you, we are unable to resend it to an alternative email address.
Providing the above terms and conditions are met we will send the Amazon eGift cards worth £25 each to both you and your friend within 90 days of your friends policy start date.
5. Amends to the reward scheme
Bollington Insurance reserves the right to withdraw this offer if, in our judgement, the offer is being abused. Bollington Insurance also reserve the right to change or amend the reward and the structure of the offer at any time. Any decision made by Bollington Insurance with regards to this offer is final.
