A London Ferrari dealership has been named as the luxury marque’s best in the world, beating off competition from more than 200 international rivals selling the brand.
HR Owen scooped the title of Global Ferrari Dealer of the Year at the Italian brand’s international dealer conference held at the end of last year. Its prize for the winning the title included a 2015 Ferrari F1 car.

HR Owen was chosen by Ferrari as its international dealership of the year after being assessed on a number of criteria covering all areas of the business, including customer care. The company used the same scorecards for each of its dealers and the London dealership came out top with the most points.
HR Owen’s Ferrari brand director told Car Dealer Magazine: “To become a Ferrari dealership in the first place requires exemplary service in all areas, so to be named the best of an already impeccable set of dealers is one of our proudest achievements to date. Because of the complex nature of the assessment process it really is a combined effort from all of our team.”
The business, based in the upmarket Old Brompton Road in South Kensington, is now showcasing its grand prize to customers and passersby. The 2015 SF15-T Ferrari F1 car is already proving a draw, with passersby stopping to take pictures of the unusual vehicle, HR Owen said.
