What one thing would you change or improve about insurance?

Everybody has an opinion on insurance.

Some people see it as something they would rather not have to pay for. Others are very pleased or relieved when they have made successful claims on their insurance or defended themselves when claims are made against them.

You might think it is expensive, or you might find it a small price to pay for the peace-of-mind it offers.

It might cover everything you want, or there might be some things you wish you could get insurance for that you can’t.

Whatever your thoughts, we’d like to hear them.

If there was one thing you could change or improve about insurance, what would it be?

That’s our question to you. If you can spare 2 minutes of your time answering it, we would really love to hear from you.

What will we do with this information?

This survey is only for general feedback, rather than addressing individual issues.  It is your chance to have a say on what you think would make insurance better for everyone.

Responses are anonymous. We will collect the information and see if there are any common themes that can help us to improve our service or product offering to you.

As a larger broker, we can look to develop new products, or work with insurers to refine existing policies.

Because we are an insurance broker, we have access to a range of different markets and insurers. Inviting general feedback can help us to make sure that we place insurance in the right markets and with the right companies to meet our clients’ needs.

We are keeping this open-ended to allow you to answer the question however you like, but we may use feedback on common themes and provide general answers to questions raised as a result of this survey.

We thank everybody in advance for your participation, and look forward to hearing from you.
